I tried to shoot this on my camera, but there were two problems with doing that. One, I put the zoom lens on it today and even in macro mode the minimum focus distance is about a metre. Two, I couldn't look through the viewfinder to line up the shot. Three, I couldn't hold the camera and the thing against the grinder at the same time.
(Oops that was three things! )

The 'thing' I was grinding was an arbour for a hole drill. The arbour fits my electric drill but the space where I needed to drill the hole didn't have room for my drill. So I used a right angle adapter on my drill but the shaft on the arbour was too big for this, hence I ground it to fit.
