Hi Viz Future ?

All I could get in the rain. Nothing to do with the person in photo,but noticed he/she had passed two CCTV`s ,walking towards a third and in the ever increasing HiViz jacket. Whats coming next? Hope I`m completely wrong,but a badge,licence and Kodachrome colour HiViz for carrying a camera in a public place.Sound off a warning tone before you press the shutter.? Must be wrong----surely.
