Sluggish

The weather today has been rather unpleasant and I've been battling to set up my new work laptop (thanks Mr Gates)and catch up with administrative chores. This market report suggests I won't be retiring any time soon - probably just as well as I get as sluggish as the markets when I don't have an assignment in hand.
