Oberbürgermeisterwahl or The Vote For Mayor

We have round 2 of the vote on Sunday - it's a head to head vote between this guy and Sven Gerich. The position isn't that important in the scheme of things but if you want my vote, then really, I'd like to feel you'd paid some attention to me.

Here in Germany, you get your mail delivered in a little box outside your house, none of that nonsense with letterboxes in your front door. We have a sticker on ours that says "Please don't give us any advertising or junk mail". So when I opened ours up and found 2 fliers for Dr Helmut Müller - I wondered to myself "why on earth would I be so stupid as to vote for the party who can't read?" Terribly sorry Dr M, but if your representatives are so ignorant, I can only think they are a reflection of you.

Other news is scant. I hope my colleague SK gets much better soon.
