New Construction

Aside our local food co-op there has been a transformation.  Originally there was a movie theatre and huge parking lot.  After the theater closed, the building was abandoned.  The local university used it on occasion for overflow classes and parking, and then it became a vacant eyesore.  That eyesore appears to have morphed into perhaps a different kind of eyesore... with benefits.  Not sure whether they are apartments of condos.  The food co-op will definitely benefit from the addition of so many new residents, just a short walk away.
