Eventually after about a month of the mice eating the poison overnight I finally caught one in a trap last night. I have 5 traps in my living room and they manage to avoid  them all. 
Who knows how many there are as all poison is getting eaten every night. 

Sat in the park and had a bit of lunch them along to Aldi's for some cheap food. Sainsbury's no more for me.
