Woods for Team Beagle and Hellingly Country Park for Team Terrier. I hadn’t been there for ages and was impressed how it had been developed with allotments and new paths through the woodland.

I had a successful peruse of the charity shops then parked myself on the sofa after my regular 1,200m swim before breakfast and 14,000+ steps before lunch.
