I got up early and took this pic (0730ish), unfortunately the weather is not as good as yesterday and it's a bit on the cold side.

This morning's talks were good, its interesting to hear about what other people are doing - especially when it's far from what I normally do.

I went for a run with Michael this afternoon - 1.5 hrs from Glen Lyon over to Glen Rannoch. Maybe I'm getting my legs back again.
