Central Arcade

The tourist information office is in central arcade and I went in today to get mam a Mother's Day card. A proper Geordie one 'Happy Birthday, Me mam ya the best! Love from dowter' sort of card. Alas they had none. I thought this man was playing the Northumbrian pipes, so gave him some money to keep the craft going. As I think back they looked too big and think they may be Uilleann pipes! (must go back and check)

Anyway went into Neals Yard to get mam a present. Bought her a gift - needed smelling salts after that!

There followed a day of domestic bliss!
