Autumn Leaves

During a brief period of sunshine.

Later, after dark, we had a spectacular thunder storm. The thunderclaps were close and shook the house. Then hail struck with force, wrapping the house in a cacoon of sound so loud that I could only feel the thunder. It was very frustrating not being able to see what was going on. The lightening flashes weren't long enough for me to get a good look.
