From Northumberland through the Eurotunnel

Motorway down to Rouen then off motorway to the Pyrenees via Chartres, Tours, Poitiers, Angoulême, Bordeaux, Pau and then over the high plains to Zaragoza and onto the Valencian coast

I recall the little Aygo never missed a beat there and back although it huffed and puffed a bit in the high Pyrenees.
