Spot The Heron

This is the gate to Duck Heaven. It is one of the entrances of the Flevopark.
Here the ducks gather, because they know they will get fed here.
In the park is also an old pumping station that is used as a distillery, called 't Nieuwe Diep. That is the gate to Jenever Heaven. Here they produce genevers "van korrel tot borrel", which means they start with grain that is fermented to malt wine and then will be distilled to a genever. So they produce their own alcohol out of grains (or barley, or rye, etc)!
