Cherry blossom

Beautiful day, blue sky and sunshine. Could have down with less wind, but it is only April.

Will had orchestra, so I dropped him there and then popped to the library to collect a book for him. On the way home we discussed letting him walk home from orchestra on his own. As from next week he will do this and then maybe after half term he can take himself there too.

Carys met friends in the afternoon and seemed to have a good time. They were all at primary together but not always good friends. One was in her form at secondary but academically too competitive with Carys to be real friends, the other was in another form and the other half of the timetable so, despite being good friends leaving primary this fell by the wayside. Nice that now she isn't at school she is rekindling friendships that had faltered.
