Outdoor First Aid

Great to be back delivering to mountain people again, some at the beginning, some at the peak, and some at the end - all still eager to learn and be the best they can be. All recommended to take my course. Lovely.

It was a misted grey start to the day, but by the time we set out to have lunch at the Crag and spend the afternoon learning in the real world it had turned fabulous, I'm a little pink this evening.
The glorious weather meant a usually empty spot was packed... Lots of local climbers and families thinking they'd miss the reported chaos of the honeypot spots in the Lakes. It's always funny when I have to go to and explain what we're doing and to ask people to please ignore the shouts for help.
Today was fun, but tomorrow is the best... Incident Management Scenarios... Putting today's skills into practice.
