Triathlon Training

Went to my first swimming triathlon training session today.

Warm up was 50m - 100m - 100m - 50m (with 10 seconds rest in between)

The main set was:
50m = jump out of pool and 20 lunges
50m = jump out of the pool and 20 push-ups
50m = jump out of the pool and 20 sit-ups

Repeat that eight times.

100m cool down.

1600m in total. I was destroyed.
