CLOSE TO HOME

I found today's blip on the front door, which was convenient. It's a plume moth Emmelina monodactyla and I liked the way it was reflected (top view in extra).

I finally did a little DIY repair that's been hanging around for literally years and took 20 minutes (including waiting 15 minutes for glue to go off). However, just to make sure I can't completely tick it off the list, a tiny piece that I've been hanging on to, waiting for this moment, and which I last saw a few days ago (reminding me to get on with the job), has completely disappeared. Sod's Law.
