Open Air Meat

Prowling the market, which I typically stay away from with the weekend crowds, I spotted this man cutting meat outdoors. It was no big deal in the cool morning, but during the heat of the day it might be a bit more problematic. I liked the way the it was framed by the other market stalls, a bit voyeuristic.
