Just in case

This is a massive new water holding facility and water pump - just in case of a bush fire.  Most of us who live up here in the foothills reckon it's not if, but when.  So it's good to see that the authorities are thinking ahead. 

Because if there were a bush fire it would be catastrophic, truly catastrophic.
