Cherry Blossom

We were on our regular walk today with our friends Monique and William. It was (as usual) a circular walk along footpaths from Denston (with a bit on a road). Beside a house near the village of Stradishall we complimented the owner on his tree which was full of blossom. I decided that it was worthy of today's Blipfoto! We didn't get round to asking why he had a windsock planted nearby - but Stradishall was the location of a WW2 RAF Airfield - of which virtually all sign has disappeared except for a memorial
