Spotted Woodpecker

We went and got gas and diesel for the weekend this morning also went to get some honey but they weren't at home.
checked the car over as well.
Spent the rest of the day gardening topped up all the ericaceous plant pots to give them a bit of a lift and other odds and ends.
Walked into the village after tea.   
Our old fir tree has died and we will have to have it felled before too long but for now the woodpeckers are enjoying it.
