The day we caught a ferret

Ok, so this is cheating, photo from last night (photo of a photo, haven't fiddled the exif data!). Too good a story not to document though.

Unusual Monday evening. Playing Oculus with Matt when Katy shouts "There's a ferret in the garden!". Managed to catch him and put him in the spare dog cage. Katy got bitten in the process, cue a discussion about rabies. 

Put out a message on FB only to have two different people try to claim him. Ended up having to ask for photographic evidence of ownership, except it turns out ferrets all look very similar! One missing ferret was a boy and one a girl. So then had to have the owner "prove" he was male before letting him take him home!

Imogen was up till the best part of ten pm in all the excitement. Poor Seb missed the whole thing.
