Cone kisses

Emily giving Dave some reassurance. After so long in the cone before he’s not thrilled to be back in it. His sore patch came back and is nearly healed so we will persevere. He doesn’t wear the CoS on his walks because he’s too busy keeping up with Piggy to nibble his leg.

I had a bonus farewell walk with Karen and the boys this morning. In contrast to our last meeting for a freezing picnic breakfast, the sunshine was lovely. After a stroll along the undercliff we sat on the beach for a cold drink before saying our goodbyes.

I met one of my swimming friends for another walk along Eastbourne seafront. The coffee stop was most welcome after clocking up just under 20,000 steps today .
