Pollinator

On today's walk I was drawn by the vibrant deep blue of this bush (looks like it's a Ceanothus / Californian Lilac?) and found it was alive with bees. More in extras. 

By accident, also suitable for Tiny Tuesday, although not very 60th party related - happy birthday, Pinkhairedlady!
