Bedruthan

More unlocked

We woke to the sound of rain and hail battering the window. It didn't last long but it was still cold and windy with dull skies. We decided to take a bit of a drive down the coast stopping at Bedruthan Steps for a few photos of one of the country's most spectacular bits of coastline, (IMHO) and also the purchase of a pasty for lunch, eaten in the car in the warmth! There has been a big rock fall there and the steep narrow steps down to the sand are closed off because of the danger of further rock falls.
After that we went to St Mawes on the south coast still chilly,  but less windy.
Back at the house now and trying out some local gin and beer!
