Pentlands

I had my second Covid jag this morning at 08:30, so one of the first in and out! I had a nice chat with the retired doctor who was actually doing the jag. She thought the program was going well and reckoned we’d be having a booster in autumn, possibly combined with the flu jag. I then walked back along the canal and went home. We decided to go to Newbattle Abbey for a walk by the South Esk. There are lots of Wild Garlic slopes just about to burst into full flower, when they will look amazing. The blip is a view of the Pentlands and a lot of sky from near Mayfield. The extra is a collage from by the canal and in the woods near Newbattle.

Best on black.

Today’s entry on the Abstract Fiesta journal is a Swan sculpture
