Rush hour at Dock Lane

Busy day. Went for a run around the park first thing (over 40 km done now!) - took it very steady but knees felt ok again.

Had a rest for an hour and then cycled into Bradford along the canal and cycleway to collect a couple of orders. It started hailing on the way back so jumped on the train at Saltaire... how nesh! Did a bit of shopping in Bingley before heading home. I shall sleep well tonight.

In other, slightly more surreal, news - ordered a puppet like Nina Conti's "Monkey". It's quite sad how excited I am about it. I can already do the voice too hehe.
