How He Saw It

My little gecko friend was staring endlessly at this scene earlier today. He stood in the middle of my walking path mesmerized by something. He was breathing calmly, but seemed unable to fix his sight anywhere else. Even as I respectfully lowered my camera to catch a view he remained motionless. I didn’t see anything of interest, but that certainly wasn’t how he saw it.
