The building work on our loft conversion is coming along smoothly.
While the other company is doing the hard work Monday to Friday my team boys from my hubby company came to speed things up a little bit in the loft area. They did insulation and other bits.
We did BBQ for them. I made chocolate cake and a beautiful focaccia, boys loved my potato salad as well.
My hubby was on the grill duty: marinated Karkówka (pork shoulder chops), kaszanka (black pudding with onions and spices) and kiełbska (sausage).
