Winners of the noisy bird competition!

These black-headed gulls are the noisiest birds up in the Heritage Park. The geese are noisy at breeding time but these gulls are noisy all the time.

On our way home from Elie today we came via East Kilbride so that L could drop me off at the garage to collect my car which had been in the garage since Monday  ......   cars are so sophisticated these days and a message about safety malfunction had appeared on the screen. I certainly couldn't sort it so while L and I were in Elie my Toyota garage worked their magic, sorted the problem and even topped up my screen wash and washed and hoovered the car.
