What a treat

More setting up of the house and then a drive into Brisbane to view some properties.

On the way up to Brissy, this beautiful rainbow (double rainbow in fact) appeared and encouraged us on our way.

It was a wonderful sight to behold for almost 15 minutes of our drive! I couldn’t believe it, I kept turning back and it was still there. Don’t worry, Martin was driving ;-).

We drove around some areas that we think we might like to move to before actually seeing the homes we booked for inspection.

The property market has gone mad here in Brisbane due to many people moving up from the South AND returning expats and it’s a sellers market at the moment! Nearly all properties are going to auction and being sold for much more than market price. It’s quite frustrating for us buyers. But hopefully, we’ll find something.
