Friendly Kookaburra

Just managed to snap this wee fella as he was taking off - really shows his wings off. He was looking a bit miserable because he was being hassled by a couple of Noisy miners. Another stunning day - started off foggy, which was lovely for breakfast with friends on the waterfront, then the sun came out - so I baked a bit watching under 15’s soccer. Finished the day with a run, and some gardening - it’s actually very dry at the moment, so it needed a bit of a water. All in all a pleasant day.
