Dereliction of duty

A digger, a pop up tent and their supporting acts. I really like the digger so I gave it centre stage. 

In extras I have attempted to create a collage of a flag blowing. It has taken me ages and I am NOT happy with the result. Can anyone point me in the direction of snap lines in PS please? I know I have used them before but can I find them? No I cannot! Thank you in advance ......
