A sort of.....

....derelict type of image!  Just liked the shapes and textures.....and I hadn't taken anything else!  Brother-in-Law M  came for lunch which was roast beef etc....and flat Yorkshires!  I didn't have enough milk so tried an experiment with flour, eggs, yogurt and creme fraiche.  It didn't work!  Tasted okay but not light and risen!
