When this pipeline was being constructed in the '40s, it went straight through my Grandparent's cowshed. Well, really, the cowshed was demolished or moved. As kids, we would go for long walks along the pipeline. The challenge was to walk across the pipeline where it spanned the little gullies of the range up behind the farm.
