Empress of Prussia

My friend who, by coincidence, moved to our village a few months before we did, discovered this morning that the horticultural society is running a fuchsia growing competition. This involved paying a pound for a cutting and then growing it in a pot between now and July. Being the opposite of a green-fingered type, I will be setting my sights on keeping it alive until then. Anything else will be a bonus! Oh, and there are two because Mr DA, being naturally competitive, decided to join in too.
