La Ablanera - the hazlenut seller

Infiesto grows, among other things and among other places, hazlenuts. This statue, in the town centre, shows a hazlenut seller with her wares. She´s wearing, unusually for her, a purple sash, which says, among other things,  8M: growing in equality . In the extra there´s a flier for the organisation 8M, which explains the background to her purple sash.
