Chestnut

Where most trees are just showing their new leaves, the horse chestnut has been in leaf for a few weeks. This is a young tree and it is only in the last few years that it has been flowering.
Bank Holiday Monday has been a non event, not just because of the miserable weather, but also because after retirement Bank Holidays aren’t really very different from any other day!
.( I think this must be the mist boring blip ever! Just not in the mood)
