Wets Square

It had rained overnight so I decided to run my paved route this morning.

Not entirely sure if it was the hard pavement or something else which aggravated my arthritis but by 4k in I could only just hobble home.

It was also very windy and very wet so not the best of starts to the working week.

Have felt a bit cold all day.
