Rainbows

Rain again today, and some hail stones. We had a beautiful rainbow outside the office this morning, my photo doesn't do it justice. 
Today was another quiet day at work, and then after work I braved the weather for a run. My usual Tuesday night running buddy, Val, has hurt her back so I was on my own but it was a nice 'head-clearing' run.
