Apparently! Why I’ve got one of these hanging ‘round the house I have no idea!
More sorting of stuff in progress.
My lower back did a party trick this morning, seizing up on both sides as I leant forward slightly to sort some make up. I thought I was gonna be stuck, but after a few minutes of breathing I managed to get up and I’ve been taking it easy the rest of the day. More stretches/yoga required I think. Windy and rainy and hailstoney here, how about you?
