Caroline Bay Timaru

Had an appointment in Timaru this morning so took fish and chips down the harbour and sat and watched the sea. I had hoped to photograph the terns but oh no the sea was like a millpond and not a bird in sight
This view is from up in the town looking down on the Bay. At Christmas time this whole area is just a seething mass of people and full car parks
