Substitutions

Poor Ottawacker Jr. is having to make do with plenty of ersatz-things at the moment: online schooling; virtual playing and visits; and now, worst of all, a replacement ball.

With the pitch out of bounds for reseeding (I am too cheap to re-sod it, so grass seed it was), he is restricted to an area of the patio the size of a postage stamp. His ball - long since dispatched to the neighbouring garden - replaced with a blue balloon. Good enough to improve his juggling, but not the best for shooting.

I was tempted to fill it with helium, but resisted the urge.
