Golden arches

Wisteria on the pergola outside our back gate forming a golden arch. Still raining and too wet for walking. There is an unexplained new case of communty-transmitted Covid in Sydney. These small outbreaks with their resultant restrictions always seem to happen just when people want to gather together. There was one at Easter, then Anzac Day, and now Mother's Day is on Sunday.

Google tells me, by the way, that ‘golden arches’ is a metonym for globalisation. Another new word.
