When I am out jogging I often encounter these on the Glasgow Road.

My better half said:"Do they sometimes flash when you run underneath?"

After a while I divined that this was meant to be a humorous remark.

I'll admit that "Jogging" is perhaps an overstatement.

Rapid Shuffle might be more accurate.
