This is a lovely garden where I like to read sometimes, as I did today. On the bench is my latest read, the utterly enthralling Brave Story by Miyuki Miyabe. This book, I am certain, is destined to become a classic of children's literature. Poor Wataru, he is such a good boy, completely at the mercy of selfish, mean and stupid adults. I hope he will be alright.

I'll have to watch the anime version after I finish reading the book. I wonder how it will compare?
