Mixed Weather

We set off to the Kirkstile in sunshine this morning, the nearer we got to Loweswater the darker the sky got. We managed to get our outdoor coffee in pleasant weather, but after that the sky was changing from dark low cloud to brilliant sunshine by the minute.
The photo shows snow still on the hills in the Buttermere Valley.
