Romeo and Juliet

An indoor blip today as it's been so miserable outside.
About fifteen years ago some students came round offering their work for sale to boost their income. I instantly loved this bright and colourful painting which always reminds me of a stained glass window. I can't remember what we paid, probably about £50, but it's on the wall at the top of the stairs and I still think it was worth every penny.
I'd love to know where the artist is now.
