Desi Chana Masala

Desi Chana masala, and Napa cabbage salad.

It turns out Desi Chana beans have a rather dense texture I'm not too keen on. The dressing for the Napa cabbage (mayonnaise, sweet relish, rice wine vinegar, and plenty of pepper) was better than it had the right to be though.
