Burgeoning nature

The way I see this wood now, compared to when I first saw it two years ago . Then, I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the place as a whole, had trouble taking it all in. Now I see the detail. The daily changes. Which trees are in bud today, which weren't yesterday. The bluebells just beginning to unfold, but not flowering for the next day or two. And this first show of bracken starting to unfurl. Shortly it will be all over the place, but for now ...
