Crack

It's been a bit of a sad day. We were getting the caravan ready for next weekends trip when we discovered a crack in the front panel just under the centre window. Research on the net suggests this has been a design fault with this model of caravan and others have had very similar problems. Van is six years old, we bought it ten months ago from a well known local dealer and used it six times. Now the dealer doesn't want to know, warranties are not covering the structural fault and we will have to pay to have it fixed. Dealer suggested it was the cold weather! Needless to say we are angry and disappointed. So no more Elddis vans for us.
